Kate was born & raised in North London. Although the majority of her childhood memories stem from the countryside & coastal adventures at her Grandparents home, on the small island of Anglesey, North Wales.
Idyllic childhood memories of running through lush wild garlic in the woods, blowing dandelion wishes with lips stained purple from blackberry picking. Beach combing & skimming slate through lazy summer days with daisy chains & feathers hung in her hair, are the inspiration behind Kate’s designs..
From her garden studio in rural Bedfordshire, Kate creates exquisitely crafted ceramic art pieces, that seek to preserve these innocent moments & gently remind us of the simple pleasures to be found in life.

I'm a shameless furmum to my 2 year old Fox Red Labrador Rupert, who is also my studio dog & oversees the day to day running of the studio.
Our daily adventures together are a constant source of inspiration as every day there are new things to spot and take pleasure in.
I am a keen cottage gardener & in particular I love growing my own food, with plans to extend our allotment to include some chickens!
I love travelling & exploring new places. I love wild spaces, walks in the woods, listening to thunderstorms & rain. Mountains soothe my soul.
I'm a pilates addict & am learning to try to still my mind through a daily dose of meditation.
Through personal loss I learnt to look to find joy in the simple pleasures of life like the smell of summer rain on hot earth or the joy of blowing a dandelion. My work seeks to preserve these moments to remind us to . . .
